Terms of use

These terms apply to the wooplayer apps and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms. wooplayer is made by INTROGENT PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202631279W) (“we”).

Using wooplayer

wooplayer is free to use. It is in a private beta: features may change, and things may go wrong. You may use it for your own learning.

Your songs, videos, lyrics and subtitles

wooplayer doesn't sell or provide songs or films; it plays files you already have. You are responsible for having the right to use the songs, videos, lyrics and subtitles you open, add or search for, and for using them only as the law and their owners allow. Translations and timings that wooplayer makes for you are for your own study.

AI

• Translations, explanations, dictionary entries, lyrics written down by listening and line timings are made by AI. They can be wrong. Don't rely on them for anything important.
• The free AI comes with a daily allowance. We may change the allowance, and limit or block use that looks automated, resold or abusive.
• If you use your own AI key, that service's terms and prices apply, and you pay it directly.
• Dictionary entries the AI writes for words looked up with wooplayer's AI are shared with everyone who looks up the same word. They contain no personal data; see the privacy policy.

Please don't

• use wooplayer to break the law or anyone's rights, including copyright;
• attack, overload or try to get around the limits of wooplayer's server;
• use wooplayer's server from other software, or resell access to it.

No guarantees

wooplayer is provided as it is, without guarantees of any kind, as far as the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of wooplayer.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms; we'll update this page and the date at the top, and say so in the app if a change matters. You can stop using wooplayer at any time. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
